Anyway I recently took some time away from work and decided that I should take advantage of this and get myself into shape. I thought of all the ways I could go about it and then I heard an ad on the radio about African Mango pills. I first came across African Mango last year on a blog. I researched it but it wasn't readily available in Australia. I decided to wait and see if it would make the shelves of my local health food store, then that way I would know if it was legitimate or not. So after hearing this advertisement on the radio I checked the health food store last week and sure enough there it was. It cost me $35 for a months worth of pills. Since I haven't been able to lose the weight I figured I would try these to see if I could actually lose weight and also to see if these pills do work. I believe I am a good example of what a lot of women go through. I have had 4 kids, I worked part time for the last 3.5 years and I have not been able to lose the extra kilos I slapped on with baby number 3 and number 4. I tried Lite n Easy, but that didn't work for me. I spent 6 months at the gym last year and while I do believe I got fit and toned, my weight pretty much stayed the same but at times the scales showed a weight gain, which I do believe was muscle, but still it didn't make me feel good. I am not always a good eater but lately I have been a lot better and feel that it should make a difference. So, now with the aid of a little more spare time to exercise, and the trial of the African Mango, I might see some changes? Well after week 1 my weight has stayed the same!! At least I am not gaining, but I am eating well and I am exercising, and if I get anything at all from this trial, I hope to be able to get a lifestyle of eating well and exercising regularly. Anyway, I will post throughout the next couple of weeks. At this stage I have a photo of my starting figure (body shot) but I am not feeling up to posting it right now. I am hoping to post it perhaps at the end to show how I have changed - if I have!
Interesting things you should know about African Mango is that the ingredient is actually not from the flesh but rather the seed and its actually not a Mango, it just looks like an unripened mango. Make sure when purchasing African Mango, that you purchase it from a reputable source and that is has a high concentration of the actually African Mango seed, otherwise its not worth it.

If I stop eating (or seriously cut down) on refined flour & sugar I loose weight. If I eat as much as I like to of those things, I gain. Nothing else has ever worked. I'll look forward to hearing how your trial goes because I love breads and sweets!
i did a couple of 48 hr detoxes to jump start my weightloss..
tried all the powders in the chem,ist...
but found cutting out cola actually made me lose the most weight
Have never heard of African Mango seeds.
I think the key to losing weight is eating properly. I've just started a 9 week challenge and I'm hoping to lose 8 kgs. I'm just going to start eating cleaner and plan out my meals a little better. Just basically cut out crap!
