MOTHS IN THE KITCHEN PART TWO

I don't have a lot of time, but I did want to update you on the moths in the pantry post I wrote earlier this year. I cleaned out the cupboards and killed any moth in sight.

I then purchased the sticky moth trap which cost about $10 from Woolworths. You get two in the pack and they are super easy to assemble.
After a day or so I noticed a couple of moths on the sticky strip, then I forgot to check after about a week or so and WoW!

What a filthy surprise, there was a good half dozen of them on each trap and I each day there are at least two more stuck! If I do catch a moth in sight I kill it straight away.  It may sound harsh to some, but these little buggers will take out your flour, rice, pasta, nuts, sugar, dried fruit, biscuits, basically anything you store in your cupboard that is not in a hard plastic container with a secure lid. So in order to protect your food and the money you spend on keeping up your food storage, then you have to do what you have to do!
