Colbram Estate Olive Oil 3L $20 - this equals to $6.67/L which is a great price for a good qaulity olive oil, I have used this one and its wonderful and an amzing taste.

Heinz Very Special or Very Vegetable 2 for $4 - excellent value

Lenards Chickens at Castle Towers was still selling skin on chicken breasts yesterday for $6.99/kg. This is an amazing price and its so easy to remove the skin.

Trim tetra milk low fat is 92c a litre - this is amazing, be sure to check use by date when you purchase.

Heinz Big and Chunky soups $2 - try the butter chicken, my kids love this with rice or pasta its a souper great and easy meal!

Michelina meals are $3 which is same as Woolworths but you don't have to purchase 5 to get the discount - I recommend these as a quick and yummy meal or snack

Check out the catalogue online for all the specials available for this week. I have found that Norwest Coles have better specials than Castle Hill coles sometimes, so you might want to check that on the website.

I was at Aldi on Tuesday and got 5oog pack of Risoni pasta for 99c
